  • All items are shipped via UPS.
    A tracking number will be supplied as soon as item is ready for ship and/or is shipped.
    Please note custom items require 7-10 business days to complete and will be shipped there after.
    Please inspect all furniture when shipped for damages or defect before signing for product(s).



  • Warranties
  • All our Futon Frames and Beds have a limited lifetime warranty from defect.

  • Return Policy
  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Matsu-store.com reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    No refunds. Exchange or store credit only for pre-made items.
    No refunds, no exchanges, no store credit for custom made and custom ordered items.
    No refunds on shipping and handling charges.
    All claims must be made within 10 days of item being received.
    All returns must be in "Brand New" condition with original packaging.

    Canceling Your Order:

    Orders can only be canceled while they are in the "pending" status.
    Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled.

    Organic Cotton:

    We require a doctor's note to purchase our organic cotton products.
    This is required by law as organic cotton does not contain any flame retardant.
